Our Key CEC Services

Citizen Education Centre (CEC) functions as a dedicated training and empowerment wing under Grameena Patana Kendram. It focuses on Governance, Transparency, Public Accountability, Capacity Building, and Skill Development.

A key subsidiary organization of Grameena Patana Kendram with an objective to impart Governance related training to the elected persons, official functionaries and general public to provide skill development and upgradation training to the local public, to ensure capacity building among the local community in livelihood matters and assure successful initiation in decentralized planning processes.

CEC identifies its space in aspirant training & guidance, good governance and transparency, social audit, grievance redressal, public accountability, and strengthening of participatory democratic decision-making through action research activities.
